Quit mindlessly training. Use a program that not only helps you in your sport, but also SHOWS you how you’re improving through testing and re-testing certain athletic qualities each month. Adjusting isn’t going to be an issue with 99% of high school athletes, but will need to be talked about at times with college athletes. A set of bands are a must for this program. We recommend you purchase your bands from Westside Barbell or Elite FTS as those will be how we refer to which bands to use.
