Over the next 6 months, I plan on showing the process and allowing others to see it, the good, the bad, and everything in between when it comes to chasing your dreams. My goal is that you as the reader would have something resonate within you through this series that reminds you that you too are here for more and you have every tool you need to make that "more" happen. *Every thing will be pieced together as time goes. For now, those closest to me understand the imagery and the why's within each blog post.
When you start dreaming even bigger, things get harder. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Once you find the answer, you oftentimes also start to doubt yourself. “Is this the right thing?” “No, wait this is the right thing” stuck between the current here and the “there” you’ve pictured in your head.
Sometimes, the picture in your head starts to get so foggy that you can’t see it clearly anymore. The used to be bright neon signs get covered by a fog making it that much harder when using your directions. Instead of this clear path from the valley up to the cities neon signs, you start having to step without seeing what is in front of you trusting that each step will lead you a little bit closer. You might fall a few times, but if the signs are still even a smidge visible, you know you’re going in the right direction.
You don’t have to know the how so long as the end goal is clear. If the end goal of what you want is clear, the how will show up. What is the end goal? Happy, successful, carefree, inspirational. You can do that right now as it’s all just in your own head. Whatever you tell yourself about each situation is what the situation really is. It doesn’t matter where you go (NYC/LA/etc.) as you’ll also be there. You can't outrun yourself. You can either get yourself to think differently about situations now or you’ll get stuck and continue to not do what you’re capable of. How is that possible? You’ve been reading, watching, and learning everything about self development, spirituality, business, and training for years. You’ve created your own life solely off of those, but you’ve got to do more if you want to inspire others to reach for more also. How can you expect others to be inspired when you aren’t doing enough to actually inspire? The joy is in the work. Every single time you start doing more and going towards that end goal in your head, you literally become happier. A life on purpose is a life that can’t be beat.
You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be currently. Get ready to make a double jump just like you did in checkers as a kid.
This is the final boarding call for flight 89B from Oklahoma City. Please proceed to gate 3 immediately. The final checks are being completed and the captain will order for the doors of the aircraft to close in approximately five minutes time. I repeat. This is the final boarding call for flight 89B. Thank you.
